Job Description:

healthcare experience for millions. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of AI solutions that simplify
healthcare navigation. Influence cross-functional teams and
roadmaps through technical expertise and value assessment. Ensure
AI products, including LLM-based agents, are accurate, scalable,
and impactful in real-world applications. Apply strong product
thinking to align AI solutions with user needs, business goals, and
the overall vision. Mentor team members to maximize their impact.
Champion best practices in data science and drive the adoption of
emerging architectures. Qualifications: Proven experience
delivering impactful AI products, particularly in LLM-driven
applications. Solid background in machine learning principles,
including evaluation best practices. Proficient in Python, with
experience writing production-level code that integrates with
backend services (e.g., APIs, microservices). Familiarity with
emerging LLM architectures and technologies, and the ability to
align them with product goals. Comfortable with deploying,
maintaining, and monitoring machine learning models in production
environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functional
teams. Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Prompt and regular
attendance at assigned work location. Ability to work shifts of at
least 8 hours, 5 days per week. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-intensity work environment. Ability to remain seated in a
stationary position for prolonged periods. Requires eye-hand
coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard,
computer and other office-related equipment. No heavy lifting is
expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force
(e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required. Ability to
interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate
manner. Pay: The United States new hire base salary target ranges
for this full-time position are: Zone A: $161,410 - $228,000 equity
benefits Zone B: $177,551 - $250,800 equity benefits Zone C:
$193,692 - $273,600 equity benefits Zone D: $209,833 - $296,400
equity benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target
for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective

salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique
to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills;

conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great
