SQL Role Description The Global Payments, Billing Risk (GPBR)
function to ensure great experiences when buyers and sellers come
together and engage in commerce on the biggest marketplace in the
world. This involves comprehensively understanding Payments Risks
on eBay. Identifying the opportunity areas and helping build
scalable solutions to drive great user experience. This role is
heavily cross-functional and ideal for candidates who enjoy both
defining and solving complex problems, while getting deeply
involved in the interworkingrsquos of complex software systems.
Payments PMO team is looking to augment its team with a practical
and motivated experienced TPM who is skilled both in the
traditional role of a TPM and skilled in extending automation to
existing PMO tracking reporting processes. An ideal candidate will
carry 1 years of experience as a TPM, be able to propose automation
approaches across PMO processes, build reports dashboards in
Tableau, Wiki (Confluence), G-Suite Microsoft Productivity Suite.
Responsibilities include 1. Analyze existing PMO processes and
suggest areas that can be automated to improve overall
effectiveness 2. Instrument, collect and analyze productivity data
and provide data driven insights develop operational or process
improvements for the performance and successful functioning 3.
Build reports dashboards in Tableau, Wiki (Confluence), G-Suite
Microsoft Productivity Suite 4. Assist project manager in all
aspects of project management including project planning, data
gathering, analysis, development, communication, status tracking,
implementation, monitoring, and follow-up. Coordinates project
activities with project manager and communicates to key project
stakeholders 5. Track the progress of project(s), including
milestones, budget, action items and issues 6. Analyze master
project plan(s) for conflicting tasks, timeline consolidation, and
resource allocation 7. Design and distribute templates to
facilitate project tracking, change control, metrics, and issue
decision management 8. Follow-up on project issues with project
manager(s) to assist in the development of solutions 9. Follow
through on action items generated from project team meetings 10.
Act as liaison between various stakeholders, departments, outside
agencies, or collaborators, providing status reports and data
analysis and ensuring flow of communication between groups 11.
Perform ongoing maintenance of the project knowledge base and PMO
document archives 12. Participate in required meetings, activities,
and related projects and relevant interdepartmental activities 13.
Perform special projects as requested by supervisor.
