At Enlighted Inc, a Siemens Company, we are in the business to help customers create spaces with emotional and environmental purposes. --As our Head of People and Culture you will help the company to build a fresh and exciting culture by working closely with our leadership team and people leaders across the business. You will own coaching and helping people leaders solve people problems. You will enjoy developing, launching and embedding programs to support all employees that helps them to deliver on our ambitious goals. --As the HR Partner to the business, we're looking for someone who always finds new boundaries to cross making constant improvements for our employee experience for the betterment of the business. You'll be an experienced professional who can think strategically, but at the same time be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and support in order to get things done. You'll also be:

• Building a world-class people strategy with the broader people team to attract, retain, develop and scale our global talent
• Working in a matrix organization, relationship and stakeholder management is key.--
• Leading, developing and rolling out people programs designed in partnership with employees and leaders
• Reviewing and updating tools/practices to be at the forefront of our employee experience
• Coaching leaders on how to design, build and develop high performing teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve ways of work with a focus on how to better leverage data and feedback to level up how we scale processes globally
• Being a trusted advisor and consultant for your key stakeholders
• Providing employment relations advisory for the region To help us level up, you'll bring:
  • 10+ years' experience supporting leaders as a HR people partner
  • BS/BA degree in related field
  • Strong experience across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organization design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, and employment relations
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Comfort working as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo on how things have been done before and making the necessary changes
  • Experience working in a tech company, ideally having seen the 500 - 1,000-person growth phase
  • Pride yourself on being organized, analytical, detail oriented, proactive, persistent, and a strategic communicator.
  • Proven experience leading and building a people team
  • Creating and promoting/sustaining positive company culture.
