Job Description:

The Salesforce Administrator responsibilities will include workflow and report management, Salesforce, Tableau, admin duties and serving as the Operations liaison for the field. Responsibilities may include data analysis, project coordination, process/ policy documentation, and other tasks and duties as required and assigned.Role & Responsibilities:* Collaborates with various departments to elicit and understand their needs, gathers the necessary information, and identifies areas of improvement to benefit end user workflows.* Assists with analyzing and validating how project stakeholder needs will impact other downstream user workflows and how to optimize data collection for reporting.* Always on the lookout for where improvements and efficiencies can be made to existing systems by adjusting workflows and improving data collection, while ensuring key stakeholder and applicable industry standards are met.* Prepares thorough proposals and documentation for identified improvements to present prior to implementation. Makes changes as needed based on stakeholder and management feedback.* Conducts training for newly implemented processes and updates necessary policies, procedures, and working instructions.* Owns system upgrades, new functional implementations, documentation initiatives, and training on new systems and implementations.* Provide ongoing support for enterprise data integration.* Performs Salesforce administrative work such as running reports, updating customer and asset information, and ensuring data integrity.* Provides project coordination and support for timeline of working projects. * Monitors data integrity with thorough review and audit of systems (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce, Workato, Intacct, etc.). Coordinates with appropriate teams on resolution and next steps.* Prepares timely and accurate adhoc/customized documents and reports as requested by internal teams.* Works closely with IT to ensure systems are running appropriately and troubleshoots as needed.* Complies with HiTech; HiTrust, HIPAA, FDA and other data security standards.* Various projects as assigned.Skills & Knowledge:* 3+ years' experience in a technical customer support or IT support/analyst role* Salesforce Administrator certification required. * Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)* Experience with enterprise software support* Experience with Tableau a plus* Experience with Workato a plus* Visio and workflow diagram experience required* Meticulous attention to detail, solid organization skills, and strong sense of ownership* Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing (including documentation)* Must have strong presentation skills and ability to train on new processes* Ability to work well within a team environment* Ability to effectively interact in cross-functional teams* Ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment and handle multiple projects and tasks daily
