Workday HRIS Lead / HR Operations

Job Description:

TheWorkdayHRIS Lead will be responsible for the HR domain of theWorkdayproduct set including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Onboarding, Absence Management, Adaptive Insights, EIBs and Reporting, Global HRIS lead is the single point of contact accountable for service delivery, break-fix,Workdayroadmap and future releases, continuous improvement of our business processes, managing the relationship withWorkdayand any other third-party providers, and will overall leadership and financial responsibility of theWorkdayteam.

The key accountabilities and priorities of the role are as follows:
Leadership Part of the HR leadership team collectively accountable for driving the HR Next Generation agenda, focused on developing, deploying, and embedding HRsWorkdayplatform. WorkdaySystems Owner managing the day-to-day operations of the platform within agreed service levels, prepare and execute the regular performance, compensation, and benefits programs, responding to technical queries, managing fixes, releases, data quality and reporting requests. Hands on configuration ofWorkdayHCM and Adaptive Insights, business processes and change requests. Project management leadingWorkdayprojects through execution of the project life cycle delivering on time, quality, and budget. Vendor management Act as the primary liaison withWorkdayand third-party services providers. Compliance Ensure the operations are compliant with our global and local policies, in particular audits, data protection, privacy, SOX compliance, and EEO/AA compliance. Develop internal knowledge base and process documentation. Liaise with the wider IT group on integrations. Support the HR Operations and Payroll team on HR operational processes inWorkday, payroll, benefits, EIBs & reporting.

To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience needed are:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field required. 5+ yearsWorkdayHCM experience. HCM configuration experience with In depth knowledge ofWorkdayHCM, business processes & reporting, and at least two of the following (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Absence Management, Adaptive Insights, EIBs and Integrations). Business as usual (support) experience including defect resolution and system administration. Self starter who can operate independently as well as within a team. Impeccable integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards are a must. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to flex style depending on the audience. Inclusive and collaborative leadership style to direct and coach junior members of the team, as well as build strong relationships with the HR leadership team and other key stakeholders. HR Generalist / Operational experience would be beneficial. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws would also be beneficial.
