We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to expand and deliver efficient Cloud CI and IaaS/PaaS services. This role is in the Program Management organization, where we handle challenging infrastructure programs and cross-functional programs that affect the efficiency of developer workflow across Nvidia.

What you will be doing:

As Program manager, you will lead multiple internal cloud services, working with cloud service developers, Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) and Platform engineers.

Define and improve software development, deployment and maintenance processes.

Develop, guide and follow agile methodologies to deliver continuous value to internal customers.

Develop and maintain a schedule for program deliveries. Drive the program via weekly execution meetings, identify and manage risks. Keep partners and management advised through weekly reports.

Work closely with software teams across Nvidia to capture requirements, prioritize and get them scheduled for implementation.

Participate in feature prioritization and roadmap meetings, bringing in the inputs from various customers.

Work with development and SRE leads to define Key Performance Indicators and metrics for the program and track them towards success.

Guide teams to follow SDLC standard methodologies.

What we need to see:

Masters (preferred) or Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in Program/project management.

Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.

Experienced user of JIRA for development, velocity tracking and Portfolio views.

Experience in Source Control Management (SCM) tools like perforce, git.

Experience in CI/CD pipeline such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Kubernetes.

Ways to stand-out from the crowd:

Experience in Agile transformation of team(s)/Organization.

Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau to track project metrics.

Program management certification/training is a plus.

Experience in development and deployment of cloud services
