Abbott is always looking for talented marketers to support and accelerate Abbott's digital transformation. We are looking for proven experience enabling organizations to achieve better ROI on marketing and training efforts by connecting platforms including Marketo/Marketing Cloud, Analytics tools, CMS/Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce CRM, and other evolving platforms. Key skills include the ability to work at platform level connecting APIs, define the data strategy across platforms and lead the development of full-funnel reporting. In these roles you will also monitor marketing platform trends and suggest new digital platforms to help differentiate Abbott's product and portfolio offerings across teams. These roles also performs data privacy and compliance audits and updates to ensure data integrity and process. Responsibilities include exploring, assessing and implementing new technologies to improve effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Additional Requirements

* Strong communication and organization skills - Ability to communicate complex analyses and build excitement in an easily understandable way for all audiences within Abbott. * Strong cross functional collaboration skills - be a central point person across various teams at Abbott * Expertise in technical configuration, integration and coordination of marketing technologies * A strong sense of curiosity and interest in understanding how we can improve Abbott campaigns, channels and ultimately drive registrations or attendance. * Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene and analytics. * Strong interest in Analytics and a proven track record of building full-funnel reporting. * Independent, motivated and excited to roll-up your sleeves and get into the weeds to build new approaches and overcome barriers

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Experience / Training Required

* 5+ years of direct experience building and running a world-class marketing technology stack at a high-growth company. * 2+ years of experience building and maintaining a lead / contact lifecycle model, data integrity and data processes and technology integrations. * 2+ years of CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.com. * 2+ years of experience of working closely with Marketing Operations teams and building platforms that increase efficiency and throughput.

Knowledge (Technical Skills)

Proficient with various marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and web content management systems (CMS). Experience managing Marketing Automation program such as Marketo or Marketing Cloud. Mobile app development/technologies/platform knowledge. Additional relevant platform knowledge:

* Google Analytics (must have) * Salesforce Certification (strongly recommended) * Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification (nice to have) * Marketing Cloud or Marketo email marketing automation (must have)

Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. Self-starter, capable of working independently. Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meeting deadlines, and strives to exceed expectations with minimal supervision. Work to exceed expectations with minimal supervision. Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
