As a Palo Alto Networks Director of Global Marketing programs, Cloud and AI Security youll lead a team of marketers that will become the operational center of the global Cloud and AI field marketing organization, you will be an integral part of accelerating the teams success. The field marketing organization leads regional demand generation for the Palo Alto Networks Cloud and AI portfolio. This role is a critical member of the global field marketing leadership team and holds responsibility for working across the field marketing leaders globally to ensureplans are designed to meet numbers. In addition youll lead a team of people who will design new logo programs, customer advocacy, operations and BDR enablements globally.

You will define and lead programs to ensure the global team has the tools and process needed to drive effective marketing programs . You will work with internal partners in sales and marketing operations to advocate for the needs of the field marketing team. You will help set the pace to enable a data driven field marketing organization.

Your Impact

Serve as operations and programs partner to global field marketing leadership and work with key sales and marketing operational leaders to drive new programs and operational effectiveness

Lead your team to forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of field marketing on sales pipeline, revenue and conversion against the agreed pipeline goals.

Be the voice of operational performance across all channel and theaters for field marketing

Leadership to build and grow a global programs team that the field marketing team can count on to design programs such as new logo, customer advocacy, BDR enablement and more

Single point of contact for budget and budget analysis working in partnership with finance and field marketing leaders

Ability to develop strong alignments with sales and marketing operations and drive a point of view on strategic priorities based on internal and external data.

Facilitate strategic planning (annual & quarterly + provide perspective on viability of plans to achieve goals based on defined KPIs. Know the plan, track the plan and drive optimization of plan and planning process.

Collaborate with the field marketing theater leaders and GTM operations teams and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on marketing strategy.

Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team between field marketing, marketing analytics, marketing operations, sales operations and finance

Lead strategic projects to help inform growth planning and operationalize select key initiatives.

Your Experience

10+ years previous experience in business, sales or marketing operations at leadership level

Marketing leader with experience design and running global programs to activate buyers throughout the buyer's journey

Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of pipeline and revenue

Ability to develop strong partnerships with sales and marketing operations and drive a point of view on strategic priorities based on internal and external data.

Proactive and passionate operations leader who understands marketing role within the GTM strategy

Strong communicator with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of management in sales and marketing.

Business analytics experience with past track record for leading projects such as, financials planning, funnel analysis, lead scoring models, marketing measurement models etc.
