Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Infrastructure
This is a technical program management position that will work
closely with development managers, engineers, and other logistical
personnel to understand, define and implement processes for support
for NVIDIA AI Infrastructure projects. As a Senior Technical
Program Manager in AI Infrastructure, you will drive enterprise
requirements that span cloud and edge devices in our automotive
stack. You will help identify ways to automate vehicle bring-up and
end-to-end validation of our car hardware, software and data as
well as build business cases to drive engineering teams within your
own group to build those automation technologies.
You will need to be able to communicate clearly with senior
executive leaders across the automotive organization as easily as
you can convey key technical ideas and directions to engineers at
all levels. You will need to be action oriented with a history of
delivering the right results. We are the leading artificial

What you will be doing:
In this role, you'll collect requirements, help define priorities,
drive scheduling, and planning for all phases of the process
Develop and maintain schedules for the many moving parts that need
to work in parallel.
Lead and improve existing product development and software release
processes; and collaborate with engineering management to refine
the development workflow for maximum engineering efficiency.
You will have the opportunity to partner with diverse technical
groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Schedule and lead status meetings, be the focal point for building
and maintaining the release schedules as well as the release plan
of record. Experience with data center operations, autonomous
vehicles, machine learning is a bonus.
Manage and track critical issues.
Work with customer PMs on software issues including technical
feedback from OEMs.
Improve and maintain all processes related to enterprise
What we need to see:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
(or equivalent experience)
12+ years experience, preferably with an online or cloud focus
Strong leadership, management and communication qualities
Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build
consensus to make programs successful
Proven experience to creatively resolve technical issues and
Delivers results in large, cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to get complex product to customers
Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles
Solid knowledge of industry standard configuration management
Experience with productivity tools and process automation is a
Detail oriented with shown ability to multitask, in a dynamic
environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data
and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems
with an extreme attention to detail
Have hands on experience in a software development environment.

Highly motivated with strong communication skills, you have the
ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams and
coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and
Experience defining engineering best practices as it relates to
adoption of and migration to cloud technologies
Programming of a modern programming language highly desired
Having experience with Agile tools and process in support of this
role, is a plus
Working knowledge of operating systems, cloud infrastructure
technology, and cloud to edge device interaction
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and
refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure
committed work is delivered on time
