This person will be primarily responsible for leading major swimlanes in Intel's Sales and Operations Planning re-engineering efforts across Global Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this position has a history of increasingly challenging roles in supply or demand planning with deep process re-engineering experience. You must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. You must be an expert communicator to work across business and technical teams with regular report-outs to executive management. Tolerance for ambiguity and transparency are key attributes for success as you will need to become a trusted partner across multiple organizations.The Supply Chain Business Process Reengineering Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:Designing leading robust business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across a large complex program.Working closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design, and delivery capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes in support of broader supply chain strategies.Driving definition of solutioning; covering aspects of requirements elicitation, alignment with adjacent business processes, validation, and deployment of the solution to the global user base.Defining data analytics and business intelligence solutions to augment the effectiveness of supply planning and forecasting processes.Maintaining/building stakeholder relationships, effectively prioritize business in-take, and communicate across the teams to generate and deliver desired business value.Managing the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.Implementing standardized business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.Act as a liaison between the functional teams and IT to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions.Must be able to demonstrate a history of success in:Designing, implementing, or operating Sales & Operations Planning processes and capabilities.Applying financial modeling to predict future outcomes and aid revenue and supply decisions for operational business groups & executive business planning.Forecasting build plans for products and developing business strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross-organizational supply-chain stakeholders.Conducting scenario planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory fluencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas creating and using data-driven models for decision making across appropriate key stakeholder and management levels.Driving continuous process/project improvements through financial/data analytics.Working with BU GMs and Biz Ops teams on shaping supply chain strategies and business models.Driving alignment across supply chain partners to optimize business results.Working with IT and enablement partners to implement critical enterprise solutions in support of sales and operations planning.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field of study.10+ years total of supply chain planning or demand planning-related experience.5+ years of experience in supply/demand planning in the fabless ecosystem/business model outside of Intel.This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Science.APICS Certification or Supply and Demand Certifications.Prior experience with sales forecasting, supply planning, or finance is strongly preferred.Prior experience integrating and maintaining planning systems.Expertise in business process and system documentation (fit/gap analysis, Product Life Cycle management, business process design/ development, etc.)Knowledge of various platforms/technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP IBP, and other industry side this Business GroupAs the world's largest chip manufacturer, Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art -- from semiconductor process development and manufacturing, through yield improvement to packaging, final test and optimization, and world class Supply Chain and facilities support.
