With a Product centric view for Jile, be responsible for General
Administration, Internal communications, Website Conception &
coordination, Social media drivers and support, Content management
and Event management conception and execution for Lead
This is a Senior Leader's role so the candidate has to take
leadership and control of Global Marketing and coordinate and
manage work with marketing teams across multiple geos including
USA. Also be the point person for the teams across Geos when it
comes to reports, budget tracking, payments, forms and other
paperwork that needs to be generated by the team and submitted to
Senior Leaders, CMO and various other stakeholders.
The top key qualities desired for this senior leader are Lead Gen,
Event management and Sales Support. Ability to quickly identify
opportunities and convert for immediate impact and success is a key
aspect of success measures. Working with Industry Analysts,
messaging, content creation is a huge part of this role.
Understanding competition, writing up sales cheat sheets, coaching
sales teams and making presentations is a must possess skill. The
ability to write customer Press releases and Case studies is a
precondition as well. Ability to work with external agencies is a
huge plus as the job involves writing SOWs, negotiation and working
with internal stakeholders to drive engagements that result in Lead
Gen programs for the brand.
We are a growing brand within a large conglomerate, so the
candidate needs to possess the hunger of a startup, executive and
the smarts to navigate a large organization without losing steam.
Cross cultural savvy, experience in working with global
geospatially distributed teams is a critical skill to possess.

1. Enhance and execute the Jile Solution Product Marketing Plan
2. Will report direct line to Global Head Products and Platforms,
and dotted line to Global Sales Head for Jile worldwide

4. Create, Plan and Manage multiple product events completely (for
e.g., Industry Analyst, Trade,
Internal et al). Right from messaging to content creation and
distribution through a host of channels that encompass traditional
marketing namely positioning pricing, partnering etc. To getting to
customer acquisition through a variety of outreach options like
Mass Media, Sales Promotions and Web based connections. The
candidate needs to be self-propelled performer with expertise in
running campaigns, run content syndication, lead funnel creation
and management. In addition, digital marketing activities, brand
positioning and everything required to project the product in the
5. Design and run promotions that result in direct Leads adding to
the sales pipeline.
6. Generate enough leads through multiple channels to meet sales
team's requirement to qualify and convert them into paid users. Our
strategy is to acquire one million users within one year.
7. Thought leadership expertise - The ability to write and speak in
order to develop a leadership position for the brand is a key
aspect of the job. Right from speaker submissions for top leaders
to seeding industry bodies for potential opportunities and scanning
the environment for editorial calendars for a variety of stories
and features around Jile is essential.
8. Developing an awards and accolades calendar for Jile is part of
this executive's critical results area.
