The Role

Our world class Information Technology team is seeking an Employee Services Manager responsible for all internally facing end user applications and services. This person is the face of IT and ensures we have the right tools, services, processes, and people to keep Ampere's ever-growing user base happy and productive.

What you'll do:

* Be part of an empowered culture where you are a key contributor to the success of the company. * Coaching and supporting a growing team of IT Service Desk agents around the world, focusing on increasing their impact on the company while providing first class customer service. * Manage Service Desk Operations and KPIs. * Provide escalation support for IT processes, hardware, software, and SaaS tools. * Ensuring policy adherence and providing support for both internal and external compliance audits. * Manager and perform New Hire Orientation. * Design, document, train, and support new procedures focusing on increasing efficiency across the enterprise. * Play a proactive role in our IT Operations Agile project sprints. * Work the Incident Response On-Call rotation as Incident Commander. * Proactively ensure high quality in the work your team delivers. * Collaborate with and seek feedback from partner teams. * Manage vendors to install and configure equipment.

What you bring:

* Ability to manage without authority. Experience managing and training IT support team members. * Inclusive, people-focused leadership skills. * Deep knowledge of FreshService, or similar ticketing system. * Experience managing medium complexity projects from planning to completion. * Technical experience in OSX, Windows, and Linux Operating Systems * Good understanding of SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, Okta, Jamf, and 8x8. * Ability to troubleshoot networking related issues. * Demonstrable troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis. * Ability to collaborate with people inside and outside of your team across multiple time zones. * Experience managing service and procurement vendors.


* BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
