**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
Create technical written service documentation in support of
company's Hematology product lines. These documents will be used by
our domestic and international customers, field service, technical
support, customer support and clinical applications teams.
Documents may include Operator, Service and Training Manuals,
Directions for Use, Labels, Technical Service Bulletins, and
technical manufacturing procedures as required.
Communicate with other writers, engineers, scientists, product
managers, etc. to develop and understand technical content. Assist
in document format and layout.
+ Responsible for producing clear, comprehensive and concise
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and
requirements, as well as all internal guidelines regarding format,
style and content.
+ May be called upon to assist with the documentation of
functional requirements or other design inputs on development
+ Contributes to the completion of specific programs.
+ Document Service tickets for Global Service (In CMS Next).
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BRING**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferably in English, Technical
Communication, Engineering, Medical Technology or equivalent years'
+ 3-5 years' experience in technical writing, technical
references materials and training materials.
+ Experience with MadCap FLARE and/or Adobe Frame Maker.
