Job Description:

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our WW Reporting and Data Steward team. This person will exhibit strength in SaaS reporting and business analytics to support the sales reporting strategy and data governance requirements. They will have a strong understanding and passion for the SaaS domain and develop analytics to track critical corporate metrics.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and efficient, while being adaptable to changing priorities and able to wear multiple hats throughout the day. They must offer a high degree of focus on data and process to enable scale, efficiency and customer centricity. They will be required to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team by driving process and improvements in our data structure and business analytics through reporting. This position will be based in the U.S. (Tacoma, WA, or remote) and report to the Manager of Reporting and Data Steward team in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure accuracy in sales analytics and reporting for Sales
  • Report status and support company-wide metrics (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Execute cadence for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analytics
  • Lead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards
  • Own the administration and automation of sales analytics across Salesforce.com, Clari and Tableau platforms
  • Implement analytics around key initiatives such as new logo, tech refresh, SaaS and channel programs
  • Report on pipeline generation and source of business
  • Partner closely with SPP (Strategic Projects and Programs) on relevant business requirements and UAT
  • Execute the evolution of data structures and company metrics for WW Field Operations and Sales
  • Assist with changes to coverage models and associated data requirements
  • Publish formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Document essential processes and engagement rules, and assist in the enforcement of those processes
  • Optimize the Sales Rep, Manager, and Sales Ops experience in Salesforce and Clari
  • Know what quality data means and help to design and improve it within the company
  • Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Finance and other functional organizations
  • Train the field organization on reporting processes/data change management

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in a Sales Operations analytics role in the high-tech industry
  • Strong understanding and passion for the SaaS domain and develop analytics to track critical corporate metrics ACV / ARR / Upsells & Cross-sells
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Tableau, or similar BI application experience required
  • Experience in Sales Finance is a plus
  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast moving environment
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
  • Ability to understand a sales system ecosystem (Fusion, SFDC, Marketo) and how they all interact, specializing in SFDC
  • Self-starter with a track record of creativity and innovation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • MBA Preferred
