Your Career

You will be a key player in executing integrated demand gen programs that drive the pipeline for our NGFW products and drive thought leadership for Network Security. This role requires a unique blend of strategic and executional skills, fueled by a deep analytic and metrics driven approach to marketing optimization. Driven by your passion for the cybersecurity industry, you will be responsible for cross-functional management of demand generation, campaigns & marketing programs. Often, you'll be working in a highly technical environment, but with a need to translate the goals and desired business outcomes of our marketing programs in a matrixed marketing organization.

Your Impact

  • Manage our integrated demand generation campaign strategy across awareness, demand gen and conversion to deliver on business objectives.

  • Shape the strategic direction for the overall campaign. Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans including strategy, theme, audience, narrative, content, and offers to execute across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, events, programs, and digital marketing to create and drive qualified pipeline.

  • Collaborate with with shared marketing teams including brand, product marketing, digital, demand, content, creative, social and global field marketing teams to align on requirements and execution of campaign & programs.

  • Define and build repeatable programs to support product launches and ongoing demand generation.

  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing the campaign editorial calendar, development, and execution of tactics working with marketing teams and agencies.

  • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize performance of demand gen programs in partnership with the data operations lead.

  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the BDR teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.

  • Collaborate with members of the content marketing, product marketing, enablement, and sales teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign goal and ensures that direction aligns to target markets, personas, and use cases.

  • Provide BDRs with scripting and training on key campaign initiatives; drive program execution with BDRs.

  • Manage the account targeting and marketing strategy within the Palo Alto Networks install-base.

  • Manage digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies to amplify the NGFW value proposition and SASE leadership in digital channels.


Your Experience

  • 10+ years in marketing, with experience using multiple outreach channels.

  • Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of working at the tactical and strategic level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns.

  • Outstanding team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams.

  • Experience with information/cyber security products.

  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

  • Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects.

  • Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of differing advertiser/sales needs around the world.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
