Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Data Center) who will work in the North America Managed Services organization, supporting the global Hyperscalers customer account.

You will be involved in several aspects of service delivery ensuring accurate and delivery of global services with quality in 180+ counties and collaborating with internal delivery teams, sales teams and customer!

You will

  • Be the main customer interface
  • Manage customer relationship to build customer confidence
  • Be part of the customer leadership team and in a matrix reporting model to the Managed Services COO
  • Execute and deliver new contracts and secure the project plan: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plan/monitor all activities
  • Ensure equipment delivery to final customer site per timeline
  • Coordinate local resources for installation services
  • Secure and train new resources for onsite support services
  • Manage a matrix team (Supply Chain, Sourcing, Trade & Compliance, Support services)
  • Drive improvement activities to enhance customer experience and efficiencies
  • Define and lead risk mitigation management
  • Support sales efforts in all Request for Proposals (RFP) and present to customer

To be successful in the Role you must have

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher education
  • Min years of experience: 7 years
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • An eye for creating simple & striking customer presentation (Power Point)
  • Ability to lead & supervise team. Make independent decisions, and encourage action.
  • Excellent business understanding, including customer and market insight
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple concurrent actions with ease
  • Experience with coordinating customer contract fulfillment
  • Financial acuity and critical skills
  • Experience as a Program Manager for large project with high results
  • Readiness to work across multiple time zones depending on customer location
  • Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
