NVIDIA's WWFO Organization is looking for a Business Development Manager for Virtualization and Compute Products to lead our Professional Visualization and Datacenter business partnerships with our Regional CSP partners. We need a hardworking and creative person who wants to build a career associated with NVIDIA GPU technologies used in professional visualization, virtual reality, HPC, machine learning, deep learning, data analytics & GPU Virtualization. These are dynamic fields attracting the best and the brightest minds, and receiving tremendous customer interest! You will collaborate with many groups within NVIDIA, including Solutions Architects, Software Developers, HW & SW Architecture, Business Units, and marketing. You can also expect high transparency with NVIDIA senior executives, given the strategic priority of developing our joint businesses with key industry partners. This Strategic Partnership role is for an expert business and sales manager with working knowledge across the breadth of the NVIDIA product portfolio!

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, define, and execute NVIDIA's sales partnership strategy within your assigned accounts.

  • Develop metrics and key product initiatives to track share and growth including opportunity pipeline, sales / partner training, marketing and channel sales program efficiency

  • Insure all your labs and customer briefing centers are equipped with NVIDIA product and marketing materials

  • Lead a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive mutual success

  • Recruit and coordinate resources both within NVIDIA and partner organizations to drive activities across different functional groups. In particular, work closely with technical personnel to identify areas of alignment to build customer value.

  • Marshal resources to drive product integrations and ensure product alignment with NVIDIA's technology roadmap

  • Partner with your partner's ecosystem to generate business with end customers in major industries, including internet, medical, manufacturing, federal, media & entertainment, oil & gas, and supercomputing.

  • Watch for and develop emerging use cases to help nurture new industries (e.g. retail/e-tail, IoT, cybersecurity, finance, etc.)

  • Use success to feed community marketing & business development. Communicate and execute success stories working with campaign, corporate, & partner marketing teams

  • Manage market development funding and associated returns on those investments

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of Alliance, Sales, Business Development experience in high-tech, hardware or software is required

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Alliance Management, Product Management, Account Management and/or sales experience

  • Cloud Service Provider and/or Cloud Gaming experience is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Your aptitude to work in a cross-functional team environment Strong customer relationship skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing environment

  • You are self-motivated and can thrive without supervision and prioritizing across a number of projects, events and initiatives

  • Travel 40-50%
