CBRE is looking for a Quality Project Coordinator to assist in coordinating Data Center Construction Quality and Commissing in the Mountain View, CA area.


The Quality Project Coordinator is responsible for Coordinating with Data Center Construction Quality & Commissioning (QCx) teams to support quality and commissioning program services and other construction QA/QC program services as needed. The will Quality Project Coordinator will track and manage projects using dashboards and other metrics / KPI tracking tools. The Quality Project Coordinator will work with teams, compile program needs, create reports, update and maintain quality data, track trends and deliver visual representations to stakeholders.


  • Provide general QCx Team and construction administrative and multi-site program coordination support
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect program metrics, data, schedules, and other relevant program data. Input and format data for evaluation
  • Update program dashboard and other communication initiatives on a regular basis
  • Attend meetings and assist with determination of program requirements. Document and distribute minutes to all team members
  • Assist in the drafting, issuance, and evaluation of program standards
  • Prepare organizational and communication charts
  • Work with Team Leads to develop presentations. Assist with Slide presentation for team members
  • On behalf of the QCx team, submit & manage internal electronic change control processes ("bug process").
  • Work with the QCx team leader to update standards, requirements, specs, and other program documents
  • Ensure internal and external teams and vendor partners have proper access to documents
  • Assist with streamlining internal communication and reporting processes


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team). Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.

Prior Project Management experience is preferred.

Other Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with data platform and visualization technologies such as Tableau, Data Studio, and BigQuery or any data visualization tool
  • AA/AS degree in Business or equivalent practical experience
  • Four years work experience
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of an organization

Software Fluency :

Must demonstrate expert-level skill of the G-Suite tools, especially Google Sheets and sharing in Google Drive. Must have recent enterprise-wide experience with:

  • Google Drive
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Docs
  • Google Slides
  • Google Hangouts / Google Meet
  • Google Chat
  • Tableau or Data Studio or other dashboard creation software
  • Collect user inputs through a Google Form into a Google Sheets dashboard.
  • Retrieve data with LOOKUP formulas
  • Apply logic with conditional formulas
  • BIM360 Field Management
  • AutoCAD (not required, but may be helpful)

Prior work environments (helpful, but not required):

  • Prior work in architectural or engineering design consulting firm / business
  • Working knowledge of architectural, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering

  • Familiarity with commercial building design & construction industry practices.
  • PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
  • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
