Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to support our
broker engagement and growth programs. We are a high performing
team executing new marketing concepts across multiple platforms.
You'll be responsible for strategizing programs around broker
customer growth across multiple channels, and executing broker
engagement programs for our existing brokerage customers. You will
be supporting the broker team with campaign ideas and bringing them
to life through project management and partnering with our creative
team. We're looking for a dedicated team player who is driven
towards innovating, testing and optimizing results. The ideal
candidate is fun, energetic, organized, and a strong
cross-functional collaborator. You are a tactical executioner and
growth minded individual who likes to be innovative and takes
risks.You have technical and analytical problem solving skills that
create a positive user journey. You have also worked closely with
Product and Engineering teams to implement and execute your ideas.

Create and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with
leadership and deliver actionable insights that contribute to
business growth and KPI goals. Establish strong relationships
cross-functionally across marketing, product, analytics, and data
science to drive forward broker growth and engagement initiatives.
Brief in new project requests to the Creative Services team.
Project manage growth and engagement campaigns from ideation
through to execution and results. Engage with Analytics and broker
teams to derive further insights. Work with marketing/product
managers to share campaign results and apply learnings. Create
presentation decks that document and summarize key test
What will you bring?
Previous B2B growth strategy experience ideally in a multi
channel environment (experience in -email, web, and app preferred)
Experience in B2B segmentation strategy Action-oriented and able to
act intuitively, while following established processes.
Data-driven, with the ability to summarize and communicate test
ideas and results. Fast learner and self-starter with strong time
management skills. Strong computer skills; proficient with
spreadsheets and creating slide decks. Exceptional communication
and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing/business
administration or analytics is preferred.
5-7 years relevant experience.
