The IT M&A Project Manager will oversee the delivery lead
program management efforts for all IT activities related to company
acquisitions, divestitures, and other similar strategic initiatives
in partnership with the rest of IT, corporate development,
marketing, sales, order fulfillment, and the acquiring business

- Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other team
members in the delivery of all phases of the IT engagement for
mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures from day one through
post-close integration. Ensure consistency and best practices are
applied to each integration.
- Leads IT project teams in providing IT solutions to complex,
high-impact business problems from project requests through the
implementation of integrated solutions and/or infrastructure
services. Has ongoing accountability for all processes, resources,
budgets, and deliverables related to IT projects. Oversees the team
of internal and external IT resources as they plan, track and
execute the project from start to completion.
- Define key success criteria and achieve breakthrough results;
demonstrated ability to drive a strategy and making the necessary
course corrections if necessary.
- Resolve complex scope, budget, and timeline conflicts,
influencing executive-level sponsors as appropriate.
- Manage consulting partners in planning and delivery of IT
- Follows the IT M&A Playbook for planning, execution, and
post-integration support of all the acquisition integrations and
divestitures. Also helps with constant revision of the playbook
based on lessons learned through various integration projects.
- Helps to foster a culture of innovation and continuous
improvement, contributing to the development of others.
This position is designated for Colorado Springs, CO.
The salary for this role is min. 104,602 to max 163,440
