About the Account Executive position
We are looking for a competent Strategic Partnership Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional who can balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into profitable long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Job Summary:
Sell Saltalk work meal program, catering service to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on flexible work meal solutions including Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate Saltalk's curated menu, professional logistics, and excellent customer service. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position the Saltalk work meal program in the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities:
Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with enterprise companies
Manage negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including sustainable economics for both parties
Communicate the value of Saltalk and its products to prospects.
Achieve and consistently exceed KPI
Partner with our Operations and Customer Success teams to smoothly serve the best merchants
Develop long-term relationships with crucial in-region partners
Act as an ambassador of Saltalk' mission, brand, and product
Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
Preferred:
Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
Excellent communication and sales skills
Strong critical thinking ability
