The ServiceNow Federal SRE team is a group of highly technical
engineers who are tasked with maintaining and developing the
reliability, scalability and performance of the ServiceNow
Government Cloud infrastructure.
Our SRE's are empowered to drive technical resolutions across the
technology stack from hardware through to application and all stops
in between. They are also tasked with driving forward the
operability of the platform to drive down the number of incidents
and to reduce MTTR.
As an SRE on our Federal team, you will support the ServiceNow
Government Community Clouds. We have 3 shifts that provide 24x7
production support. Below are some highlights.

"This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening,
USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards).
This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking
a drug test. Any employment is contingent upon passing the

naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green

To be successful in this role you have:
* Deep knowledge of Linux systems
* MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL database administration,
troubleshooting, and performance tuning
* 6+ Years' experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipeline and
* 6+ Years' experience with Cloud technologies, preferably
* Expertise in Observability and Monitoring of applications,
services, and networks at scale
* 3+ years of Coding in various languages; we normally prefer
* Networking skills, IP addressing and routing.
* Team-first attitude and an uncompromising attention to
* Good collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to work in shifts that cover one weekend day.
* Experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is a bonus

may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace
location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within
their state, province, region, or country of employment.
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their
responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and
is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office,
including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and
