With a passion for storytelling, you will be joining a team that will help shape our content, brand & product identity, web presence, and thought leadership position to be relevant and to our customers, prospects, and partners. Often, you ll be working directly with our subject matter experts to bring complex, technical stories to life.This role is for you if you are organized, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. At heart, you will have a love of writing, a passion for learning, and enjoy working collaboratively across an extended team. The ideal candidate is comfortable generating short-form and long-form pieces of content and can help communicate the business benefits of our work across the company.

Your Impact

• Write clear, purposeful copy with a consistent tone of voice to educate readers
• Interprete written briefs and copy requests, as well as proofreading team members' content
• Tailor your approach for formats such as whitepapers, articles, blog, email, social media, video storyboarding, scripting, landing pages and web copy
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines and that SEO traffic is optimized for how bounce rate and engagement
• Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
• Ensure content is consistent across all media and departments of the organization
• Support the development of cutting edge brand programs that build Prisma Cloud s reputation and awareness while showing their ROI
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on a technical content approach to meet the community/end user interests and needs of DevOps and security professionals; aligning content strategy with customer buyer's journey
• Work with internal and external technical writing resources/agencies
• Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, product launches and customer expansion
• Partner with the central brand, communications and creative services team to incorporate brand attitude, tone and mannerQualificationsYour Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) and -2-3 years of content marketing experience
  • Comfortable working across content types, audience personas to develop compelling stories that can be told through written, spoken and digital work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution
  • SEO knowledge is an advantage
