If you are someone who has heart, wants to spread joy and isready to rise to the occasion, we are looking for you to join our growing team!WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FORAs a New Store Opening Specialist (NSOS), you will firstensure critical retail, brand, and barista training is completed successfully duringthe 7-10 days of a new café opening. Oncethe café opens to the public, you, along with the rest of the NSO team will continueto support the new café team with their training, as well as being an extrasupport for the successful opening or closing shifts. You will be teaching andtraining to our Mission, Vision and Brand Values, being a PB Brand Ambassadorin all your interactions. Your focus is on ensuring you and the rest of the NSO teamare driving a culture of teaching and learning around sales, service, qualityand operational excellence to ensure we leave new Franchise teams withlearnings that support their success. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with NSOM and other NSOSs to ensure that all FOHtraining is happening in alignment with the NSO timeline and toolkit.
  • Facilitates Retail and Barista Team Member's training, whilevalidating learnings, in the three days prior to opening.
  • Facilitates guest service training that is aligned to PBMission, Vision and Brand Values.
  • Responsible for ensuring that both FOH & BOH teams areconsistently trained and adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to all new hiresto ensure we are maintaining and executing to the highest standards of productquality
  • Identify any gaps in training or onsite support and provide feedbackand recommendations to the New Store Opening Manager.
  • Must have a passion for teaching and coaching and engagingnew hires in the learning process.
  • Professional composure and a positive attitude underpressure.
  • Ability to work extended workdays to support the business asneeded.
  • Ability to travel and have a flexible work schedule.
  • When not working on an NSO, may be required to support inCorporate café support. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
    • 2 plus years of Restaurant experience/ Bakery Caféexperience preferred.
