Alpha Realty Capital (AlphaRC.com) is a commercial real estate investment and property management firm with over $100 million assets under management (AUM). We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented. Bilingual Chinese is preferred.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company using Quickbooks- Processing accounts payable- Processing accounts receivable- Reconciling Credit Cards and Bank Accounts- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements- Assisting with CPA for annual tax filings- Filing and organizing documents- Managing company insurance policies & annual renewal with brokerQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major- Fluency in QuickBooks and G Suite- Outstanding work ethics and excellent communication skills- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlinesOffering:- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience- Allowance for encouraged growth and educational events- A ground floor opportunity to build career advancement and drive innovations in the hot junction between private equity and commercial real estate
