This is a great opportunity to lead innovation product development from ideation to proof of concept stages and various handoff stages.As the Lead Innovation Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with Customer Areas, Lifecycle Teams (LCTs) and customers to build viable, feasible and desirable innovations for the Digital Heath business. Deliver innovation initiatives through prototypes and minimally viable product (MVP) stages and safeguard a seamless transfer to productization.This is a contract position based in Santa Clara, CA with a minimum duration of 12 months (with a high likelihood of extension).Responsibilities:Identify and drive end-to-end all dimensions of successful innovation such as customer desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.Build cross-functional teams from experts across the organization to manage/adopt according to changing project needs.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficacy of the team in the innovation ecosystem.Ensure a customer centric, hypothesis-driven and fact-based innovation approach along the different maturity stages of innovation.Lead cross-functional team to prove desirability, business viability and feasibility of an opportunity including the development of solution concept, validation of technology, feasibility, development of value proposition and business model/case, proof of willingness to pay, etc., within the internal and external value chain.Act as a spokesperson and ambassador of the Innovation Management Chapter to create awareness and create an innovation mind-set within the broader organization.Requirements:Bachelor/Master/PhD in Life Sciences, Engineering, Innovation Management or other relevant discipline.Passionate and visionary leader with 6+ years of expertise and successful track record in leading and delivering innovation initiatives through the entire innovation process from ideation to productization.Proven track record of delivering innovation with measurable impact.
