The candidate brings a proven track record of building and fine-tuning digital-first and high-velocity GTM engine for B2B SaaS companies. Such engines need the best skills onboard, so the candidate must bring leadership and team-building skills. And to ensure a sustainable impact on Druva the cloud data protection market. The VP candidate must combine strategic thinking with the operational oversight needed to realize the strategy, The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and a track record of designing and delivering creative programs that map to buyers' journeys, built across digital channels, campaigns, nurture, and field marketing. An understanding of marketing operations and the marketing tech stacks are required to support these programs. From collaboration with other marketing leadership peers to joint work with the sales team and interactions with executives, the candidate must be able to debate, understand various points of view, convince with data, and inspire, as would be expected from a leader in a high-growth environment. As the Head of Growth Marketing and Demand Generation, the candidate will own the global demand generation budget, make investments in marketing automation where needed, manage various agencies, and set the course for the team's build-out. The candidate will mix strategic-level activities with operational involvement. Lastly, the candidate will embody a startup can-do attitude, demonstrate a high level of curiosity and inspection of expected results, and will always be a creative problem solver when obstacles arise. What You Will Do:

  • Design and deliver high quality and high volume programs that meet the GTM model pipeline and revenue objectives, leveraging digital-first, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and SDRs to understand their needs & goals and prioritize your efforts accordingly
  • Partner with the product and customer success teams to generate demand in Druva's customer base
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Corporate, Partner, Creative Marketing teams to ensure consistent cross-channel messaging, look & feel, and experience
  • Own quarterly and annual growth targets; manage and monitor program budget and cadence to ensure plans are optimized to achieve program effectiveness, driving optimization, and future innovation and meeting company goals for pipeline growth
  • Own the marketing automation platform and processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales
  • Nurture, manage and grow the team by balancing internal resources and external agencies/contractors
  • Manage and continuously monitor sales pipeline between Marketing and Sales to ensure any shortages are addressed proactively What We Are Looking For:
    • An inspiring SaaS B2B marketing leader with a proven track record of defining high quality and high volume demand generation strategies and executing them
    • Experience working at a successful SaaS startup through the growth stage
    • Expertise with marketing operations, marketing analytics, and marketing tech stacks
    • Experience building and optimizing demand in collaboration with Sales teams by using various tactics from digital to integrated campaigns, nurture, ABM.
    • Collaborative team player comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities. Experience in taking on high-stake projects that are highly visible across the organization. Requirements:
      • BA in Business or Marketing MBA is a plus
      • 8+ years of digital marketing or demand generation experience
