Druva is looking for an experienced, revenue-focused Head of Growth
Marketing and Demand Generation to accelerate its momentum and
leadership of the cloud data protection market. The candidate
brings a proven track record of building and fine-tuning
digital-first and high-velocity GTM engine for B2B SaaS companies.
Such engines need the best skills onboard, so the candidate must
bring leadership and team-building skills. And to ensure a
sustainable impact on Druva the cloud data protection market. The
VP candidate must combine strategic thinking with the operational
oversight needed to realize the strategy, The ideal candidate has
in-depth knowledge and a track record of designing and delivering
creative programs that map to buyers' journeys, built across
digital channels, campaigns, nurture, and field marketing. An
understanding of marketing operations and the marketing tech stacks
are required to support these programs. From collaboration with
other marketing leadership peers to joint work with the sales team
and interactions with executives, the candidate must be able to
debate, understand various points of view, convince with data, and
inspire, as would be expected from a leader in a high-growth
environment. As the Head of Growth Marketing and Demand Generation,
the candidate will own the global demand generation budget, make
investments in marketing automation where needed, manage various
agencies, and set the course for the team's build-out. The
candidate will mix strategic-level activities with operational
involvement. Lastly, the candidate will embody a startup can-do
attitude, demonstrate a high level of curiosity and inspection of
expected results, and will always be a creative problem solver when
