In addition, here at AbilityPath we stand for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.WHAT WE OFFER:At AbilityPath we support a healthy and balanced life, these benefits include (for full-time staff)Up to 4 weeks PTO for full time staff and 10 paid holidays!Comprehensive and affordable Medical, dental benefits upon hireOpportunity to join AbilityPath's DEI committees and partner with organization leaders to improve Diversity and Equity in all our practices401(k)Educational reimbursement and ongoing professional development and growth opportunities!Our Organization provides a well-rounded career experience, employee recognition and BONUSES!!WHAT WE VALUE:Passion for the missionTeamwork and CollaborationEffective communication thoughtfulness and ability to adaptShared commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in creating a community where all members can thrive as their authentic selfABOUT THE ROLE:Facilitate group and individual developmental sessionsProvide case managementMaintain caseload in compliance with AbilityPath productivity standardsConduct assessments and write reportsProvide parent education and supportConduct home based and clinic based therapy sessions.Participate in provision of each child's IFSP, IEP, or treatment plan through interagency collaborationPartner with families for the development and implementation of individual program goalsOversee children's integration into the community adhering to program objectives while maintaining a safe environmentWork with Via Intake team members and SARC Service Coordinators to provide Intake assessments to referred clientsIntake team duties include, but are not limited to the following:Assist in preparing Intake files by providing all necessary paperwork and completing initial documentation prior to the Intake appointment.Review medical records and Early Start intake packet prior to initial client appointmentAdminister standardized test(s) to children birth to three yearsComplete IFSP report and all required paperwork.Submit reports/documentation within mandated deadlinesProvide administrative support including, but not limited to: maintaining client attendance sheets, maintaining monthly, re-stocking program forms and stock charts, monthly shopping (snacks), photocopying and reporting low inventoriesAssist in writing, brainstorming, and completing Grant programs related to speech language pathology or related fieldsAbility to work one-two late start days (e.g. 10:30-7:00pm)Other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and ability is qualifying, unless otherwise specified.MA or MS in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited universityCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA (after CF/RPE year)California State License in Speech-Language Pathology (Temporary RPE license upon approval)Experience providing virtual servicesHIRING REQUIREMENTS:Valid California Driver's License/IDClean driving record (if applicable)Proof of negative TB test resultsVerification of physical clearancePassing a criminal fingerprint clearance18 years of age or job permit clearanceProof of Covid-19 Vaccination + First boosterPHYSICAL ACTIVITY:Accommodations made upon request to Human ResourcesAbility to drive personal vehicle to conduct home visitsAbility to physically manage children up to 40 lbs (carrying, positioning)Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and bend frequentlyAbility to sit and keyboard as neededEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:AbilityPath is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
