Senior IT Administrator,Salesforce, you will be an integral member
of our IT Applications team responsible for the design and
development of GTM and professional services capabilities for our
FedRamp Team. Your Impact
- Deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce services in support
of our company mission
- Provide excellent customer service to our users
- Triage and fulfill incoming service requests
- Assist developers with reporting, configuration, and data
migration
- Support release planning and deployment
- Work with IT support and professional services to troubleshoot
issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the
platform
- Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and
procedures
- Keep up with current technology trends
- Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs,
operations, and testing
- Deliver special projects as needed in an effective and
efficient manner Your Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Ability to quickly understand the business process used for
project creation, project management, and time tracking
- Experience working with IT processes, including QA and UAT
- Experience in automating existing manual processes between
other systems
- Experience in working with project teams to design, configure
and deploy solutions
- Ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines and
handle competing priorities
- Organizational skills, high attention to detail, and superior
time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required

for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and
work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted
level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base
salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is
expected to be between $102,000/yr - $165,000/yr. The offered
compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A
