• Technologies Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions Business is currently seeking qualified Material Coordinators to facilitate production of complex optical assemblies in a cleanroom environment. The parts under consideration are primarily new designs, and have never been fabricated before, so close engagement with both research and development (R&D) designers and the fabrication centers is essential to success. These projects carry products from the drawing boards of R&D teams to the mainstream production lines. Time to market is a key factor in overall product success, so executing projects on time under very dynamic and sometimes adverse conditions is essential. Key responsibilities include receiving and validating material that is delivered to the production line and performing cycle counts to validate correct On Hand Balances (OHB).

  • 
    
  • Able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; create detailed plans for material procurement against the project build schedule
    
  • Able to rapidly and successfully respond to last minute project design and schedule changes
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Outlook)
    
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise System a plus
    
  • Cleanroom experience a plus
