Job Description:

• 
  
• Hands on experience on Messaging infrastructure application/systems like Exchange server, Skype server, Microsoft Teams, Lotus Domino, Office 365, Ironport mail gateway, Polycom/PBX systems, SMTP replay & related records/protocols.
  
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and its integration with Active directory, MFA, on-premise services/networks.
  
• Should be able to make HLD and LLD for Messaging solutions, experience in Teams with full Voice and Video integration is highly desired with CUCM/PBX integrations.
  
• Experience in utilizing Teams as a PBX replacement.
  
  Good understanding and experience on windows servers troubleshooting, patching, GPO, SCCM packaging and desktop/OS support.

  • Must have diverse technical background with experience on multiple technologies
    
  • Good knowledge on the working for Client, SBA, Director Server etc. Good in server administration and troubleshooting
    
  • Strong career interest with a focus on professional improvement focused on Unified Communication technologies.
    
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
    
  • Should be comfortable working with a team with a diverse skill set, location and culture across different countries.
    
  • Preferred certifications but not mandatory - MCSA, MCSE (current release), MCTS or MCITP Exchange, teams, Office365
    
  • Must be adaptable and quickly understand the new technologies/emerging markets
    
  • Should have a strong understanding of ITIL concepts. Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
    
  • Hands-on experience on Office 365, Lotus Domino application DB, ironport, exchange servers, Mobile device management tools, Microsoft windows servers, GPO and other concepts.
    
  • Expert troubleshooting experience on mail routing, office 365 issues, online meetings, enterprise voice, and video routing.
    
  • In-depth knowledge on enterprise voice concepts and strong PSTN knowledge. Experience with Dial Plan, Voice Policies, Unified Messaging, SIP trunks, audio gateways and audio conferencing.
    
  • Media gateway experience (e.g. Audiocodes, Sonus).
    
  • Extensive experience on Microsoft services in high availability and disaster recovery.
    
  • Hands-on experience in Active Directory, load balancing, reverse proxy, DNS, certificate and related components.
