Job Title: Equipment Procurement and Coordinator

Description:

Coordinate the tracking, purchase, receiving, storage, inventorizing and movement of equipment across multiple sites.
Expedite any of the steps outlined above. The candidate needs to be comfortable moving small to medium-sized equipment & tools from time to time.
Meticulous in keeping records and ensuring accuracy.
Interface with suppliers and managers to expedite deliveries.
Interface with Logistics and Project Managers to track/report storage, movement and deliveries.
Coordinate movement and cleaning of equipment.
Good at using Client Excel, Forms. PowerBI knowledge is optional.

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in machining, mechanical.
- Ability to understand specifications and datasheets to be able to ask common sense questions.
