This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the driving forces of Agilent-s Corporate Applications Team. As the MTC Technical Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performance EAS MTC IT team.

In this role, you will be the Technical Project Manager for managing the technical delivery of desktop and mobile apps developed in low code application platform. You will interact with Agilent IT management, Agilent business - functional teams along with external partner organizations.

Primary responsibilities:

* Crossfunctional team leader with extensive understanding and experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies. Plans, leads, organizes, and motivates Agile project teams.
* Leads IT project teams in providing program governance to ensure best solutions are implemented to complex, high-impact business problems. Reduces broad concepts and business requirements into structured IT programs.
* Delivers complex and critical IT programs, often leading project managers and coordinators.
* Issue management, to drive open items with OpenText and Agilent. Regular status reporting on OpenText tickets
* Sound knowledge of IT Project management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management, finalization of technical / functional specifications, resource administration - optimization, and quality management.
* Ability to interpret ambiguity, deliver results in high-pressure flux environments, mentor teams for flexibility much needed for dynamic business priorities.
* Coordination of Platform upgrades, Data privacy and security reviews, License management
* Ensure proper support transition handoff and stabilization for all newly implemented solutions. Ensure close coordination with the Project - support teams for weekend releases.
* Strong problem solving - technical skills coupled with confident decision making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs
* Be able to work with diverse product vendors, understand various licensing models and keep license usage in check. Evaluate various technology product offerings for enterprise solutions.
* Incorporates industry-leading project management best practices and influences IT project management methodologies. Recommends changes to improve the IT project management methodology

Financial - Vendor Management: Complete ownership of the financials (approx. $ 1 M annually) and manage the vendor resources.

* Timely accruals of the project costs and renewal of the vendor resources.
* Manages mid-size vendor partner team for solution delivery. Resource Utilization, tracking and planning of the Vendor resources

Good to have:

* Agile Scrum Master certification
* Working knowledge of low code platforms like Mendix
* Understanding of Hana platform
* Enterprise application Architecture Experience

Qualifications

* Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent experience
* Minimum 8 - years of IT Global experience of managing complex IT programs, projects - support processes
* Prefer experience of managing IT budget of around $1 Million annually
* Prefer Hands on technical experience of Mendix and/or Low Code platforms.
* Strong interpersonal, team building, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently or with teams, highly motivated to achieve results.
* Work with geographically dispersed organizations in a multi-cultural environment.
* Ability to multi-task and to take on new and unfamiliar assignments
