Job Summary: Technician needed to remove, degausse and/or crush - hard drives from servers in a data center. Preferred experience performing rack and stack work in data centers. Degausser/Crusher will be supplied onsite by customer. Customer will also provide training on how to bundle and label cords.--- Locate servers--- Disconnect cables and remove server from rack--- Pull out hard drive--- Degausse/crush hard drive--- Bundle and label cables with tag (training & instructions will be provided by Client)--- Ship degaussed hard drives to Sims in provided shipment container/boxLooking for techs to help decom servers in a BOA data centers is NY/NJ/PA.Shifts can be 8 - 5pm or 6 pm - midnight. - All work is scheduled 1 - 2 weeks in advance. Schedules are sent via email from client and technicians are required to manage their time accordingly. All travel will be reimbursed.Hours vary by week and range from 10 - 30 per week.All hires must pass 10 year BG and drug test.There is also a skills test that must be completed prior tro HIre to get certified to work at the Customer site.The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
