About the Role: We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join
our Training team that will provide subject matter expertise
supporting our training efforts and provide functional leadership
for Training Professionals.
This role will be located at one of our facilities in Santa Clara,
California.
Pay and Benefits:
- $ 85,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Lead a comprehensive training program providing leadership and
direction for training champions and support for process trainers
by working across shifts, facilities, teams, and at times, hands-on
to gain an understanding of the manufacturing processes and current
training methods
- Work with local Manufacturing Leadership teams to drive the
direction and effectiveness of divisional manufacturing training,
and to continuously improve and sustain a training
organization/program
- Coordinate and participate in the selection of Training
Champions and Process Trainers
- Lead Training Champions, and Process Trainers to ensure
execution of training initiatives that drive toward mutually
beneficial divisional training standards including Job Instruction
(JI) training methods
- Align with supply chain operations, divisional training efforts
and Enterprise initiatives to understand overall business needs and
how it impacts training
- Establish and prioritize needed training improvements within
product lines. Develop manufacturing training curriculum and
facilitate "train the trainer" classes (1:1 or group setting)
- Develop and monitor metrics for training including quality,
throughput (time to train), training requirements and records
retention
- Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive
behaviors from Associates and acts immediately to appropriately
address negatively impactful or unfair behavior
- Ensure training documentation is maintained utilizing eLearn
per quality system requirements while providing training support in
regulatory audits. Maintain compliance with training expectations
as required for this position
- Develop manufacturing training curriculum and facilitate "train
the trainer" classes (1:1 or group setting) and perform a dditional
responsibilities as required within the scope of position
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in business management, education or training related
field or minimum 4 years experience facilitating skills and/or
leadership training
- Experience leading and developing others with the ability to
positively influence and effectively lead individuals and teams
through change
- Experience establishing expectations and holding others
accountable, with the ability to address performance issues fairly,
directly and in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive and
engaging environment
- Experience in facilitating and influencing diverse groups to
work collaboratively towards common goals
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an
inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable
practices
- Hands-on knowledge of and experience working within quality
assurance systems (cGMP, ISO)
- Time-management, prioritization skills, and a track record of
being proactive and taking initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization,
presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify, develop and implement continuous
improvement efforts
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Experience working in a manufacturing training environment
- Experience working in a regulated industry
This role requires pre-hire medical clearance by Gore which may
include testing to assess visual acuity and/or the ability to wear
specific safety equipment as required during the performance of the
role.
