- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and
stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer
satisfaction and retention.
- Inspire, motivate, and uplevel a high-performing team and bring
innovation to the Customer Success process
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success plan,
including onboarding, adoption, tools, and retention
strategies.
- Drive customer advocacy and references, leveraging customer
successes to generate positive word-of-mouth and drive new
business..
- Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to drive
customer engagement, product adoption and growth.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and customer feedback to
continuously improve the customer experience and drive customer
successRequirements
- 7+ years of account management in a SaaS environment
- Prior leadership experience within a fast paced
environment
- Deeply analytical: use frameworks, data, and analytical tools
to help structure the team's thinking, facilitate alignment across
multiple stakeholders, and reach insightful, actionable answers to
challenging and ambiguous problems
- A track record of achieving revenue growth targets as both an
individual and team leader
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think
creatively and strategically
- Exceptional communication and writing skills - you can adjust
your style to the audience and communicate clearly, concisely and
positively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- You've managed in a PLG environment before (preferred)What we
