We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".job Description:Role Summary:The successful candidate is a high-energy, self-starter with an established, documented competence in the communications. Secondarily, the ideal candidate will also have developed comms within a training and enablement team. You like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate thinks strategically, acts tactically, and possesses a strong ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, coordinate and manage a large program. You enjoy tackling new initiatives and writing the playbook as you go on how to do things right.To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of work experience in communications
• Exceptional written communications skillset. Youre a dogged researcher, engaging interviewer, visual storyteller, and top-notch editor/copywriterTechnical fluency: Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into simple, human-interest engaging stories
  • Ability to identify societal and business trends and connect them to our teams initiatives in thought-provoking ways
  • Bonus points if
  • 2-3 years experience in L&D, Enablement, Training, Instructional Design or equivalent
  • Creatively and effectively converted technical documents into an easily to understand training document, training storyboard or knowledge article
  • You have led training sessions or facilitated live/recorded learning sessions
  • Have used tools such as: Camtasia, SnagIt, Photoshop or other graphics/video development platforms
