Answer multiple call types assisting KY residents with health
benefits
Handle difficult calls related to SNAP and other benefits
Maintain professionalism and meet call center goals
Required Qualifications:
1 year minimum experience in High Volume Call Centers
1 year minimum Customer Service Experience
High School diploma or GED
Background and drug screening required
Reside in the State of Kentucky near Frankfort
