Investor Relations Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy focused on potential strategic corporate investors and Corporate Venture Capitals
Monitor market trends, M&A reports, and competitor performance to provide insights to the executive team
Prepare and present regular updates to investors, ensuring transparency and building trust

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Venture Capital/Corporate Venture Capital Firms and investor relations
Well connected and skilled professional with high management connections
Strong understanding of M&A, market trends, and corporate finance
Strong analytical skills
