Key Responsibilities:
Listen carefully to each customer with courtesy and patience
Troubleshoot and provide personalized solutions utilizing
resources
Build customer relationships by being kind and helpful
Required Qualifications:
One or more years of customer contact handling experience
preferred
Proficiency with technology for problem-solving
Proven track record of meeting KPI's, Metrics, and Goals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work any assigned shift within Customer Care's hours of
operation
