Job Description:

A company is looking for a Negotiations Specialist to assist clients in negotiating delinquent accounts and achieving financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with external partners to negotiate delinquent accounts for clients
Provide oversight to client finances and determine the best plan of action for resolving inquiries
Utilize tools to group common debts from clients to enhance negotiation strength

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Banking, Actuarial Science, Finance) preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Supports team collaboration and inclusion
Proficient in technology; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
