Investigator Contracts Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Investigator Contracts Lead - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and execute global clinical study agreements with investigator sites
Oversee site budget processes and collaborate with partners on contractual terms
Develop relationships with investigational sites and manage escalations in contracting issues

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical study contracts with a JD or 5 years without a JD
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, health science, or related field
Knowledge of principles and concepts in applicable business disciplines
Experience in negotiating cost and contractual terms with investigators/institutions
Ability to collaborate with various divisions including Legal and Finance
