Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator
I.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and provide information to inbound and internal callers,
transferring them to the appropriate destination
Process after-hour patient and emergency internal calls using
established protocols and procedures
Perform various data entry tasks and assist callers with routine
questions about the organization
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
One year of call center or telephone operator experience OR two
years of customer service experience
Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Ability to navigate technology and electronic databases
