Benefits Leave Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their Human Capital Benefits Team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to leave requests, including FMLA and ADA accommodations
Complete weekly timekeeping reports for employees on leave
Track leave usage and coordinate absences with leave vendors and case managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year in benefits administration with leave administration experience
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and leave management systems
Remote availability with the ability to work eastern time business hours
