Clean Energy Advisor

Participate in, engage with, and learn the materials presented during the on-the-job education and training.Collaborate with and support the CCR REN Partner, the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization, to conduct outreach to potential customers, including presentations, and one-on-one meetings, as needed.Conduct on-site equipment assessments with customers that align with program offerings, gather required photos and other necessary documentation to make recommendations. Present the corresponding recommendations for services offered by the program and gain commitments by customers to proceed through obtaining necessary signed documents and other required customer information.Collect, analyze, and maintain project data to ensure compliance with existing project delivery processes.Proactively engage with underrepresented customer segments to ensure equitable program access and benefits.Support the successful completion of energy efficiency projects from beginning-to-end by maintaining communication with the customers and coordinating with the program delivery team. Other duties as assigned to support program delivery and the Clean Energy Advisor position. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team and customers.Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with clients, employees and employer.Eligible to work in the United States.Valid driver's license in the State of California.
