Job Description:

- Facilitate a vibrant community: Do everything in your power to
build an active, inclusive environment where people collaborate,
help each other, and feel connected to the product.
- Handle user support & communication: You'll personally manage
user queries across platforms like Discord, Reddit, Intercom, and
others-ensuring quick, transparent, and helpful
communication.
- Coordinate feedback and bugs: Clearly track and communicate
user feedback, feature requests, and bugs to the product and
engineering teams. You're the voice of the user
internally.
- Developer Relations: You'll handle dev-rel responsibilities,
engaging closely with the developer community, understanding their
unique needs, and ensuring they have what they need to build
effectively with Xoul.
- Create community events: Plan and execute engaging events
(online or offline) that bring our community together, encourage
participation, and deepen their connection to Xoul.
- Moderation and safety: Help moderate community spaces, ensuring
they're welcoming, safe, and constructive.
- Proactively support growth: Take initiative in making the
community a space that genuinely helps users succeed with Xoul,
turning them into loyal advocates.
Skills you'll bring
- Strong communication: Exceptional at clearly and transparently
communicating with users and internal teams.
- Organization: You're great at tracking user feedback, bugs, and
feature requests and presenting them clearly.
- Proactive approach: You don't wait to be told-when you see an
opportunity to improve the community, you jump on it.
- Empathy & patience: You naturally make people feel heard and
valued, even during stressful interactions.
- Adaptability: You're comfortable managing multiple community
platforms and contexts simultaneously.
- Technical familiarity: You have some level of familiarity with
coding and development-enough to comfortably engage with developers
and understand their perspective.
You probably have
- Experience managing and growing online communities (Discord,
Reddit, forums, etc.).
- Familiarity with user-support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, or
similar).
- Experience organizing community events or meetups.
- Comfort collaborating directly with product and engineering
teams to communicate user needs.
- Bonus: Experience managing communities for open-source or
developer-focused projects.
