Your Role
Are you skilled at developing key strategies to grow sales? Do you have a proven track record in building relationships? Are you committed to supporting Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in understanding client needs and business opportunities?
We are looking for someone who can:

  • Increase revenue growth, raise awareness, and distribute trade and product ideas, supporting point-of-sale execution.
  • Develop and share daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and advisor/client resources.
  • Host daily Advisor meetings, providing tactical ideas, sales commentary, and highlighting product offerings and pipelines. Support book segmentation and reviews to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Understand and distribute ideas and advice on specific products such as Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Options, Structured Products), Insurance, and Annuities.
  • Prepare sales materials, including presentations, campaign content, and product updates, and coordinate meetings with Advisors and Field Leaders.
  • Handle profiling, lead identification, follow-up activities, and maintain partnerships with internal strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign focus.

    Salary Information
    The salary range for this role in locations such as Walnut Creek, San Mateo, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Palo Alto, Napa, Menlo Park, Los Gatos is $110,000 to $157,000. Compensation may include discretionary incentives, based on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. For benefits details, visit .
    Your Team
    You will join the GWM US National Sales team, reporting to the Head of Business Development in Weehawken, NJ. This team supports Field Leaders and Financial Advisors, leveraging resources, thought leadership, and best practices. You will be based in San Francisco, supporting Advisors across multiple locations including Walnut Creek, Menlo Park, San Jose, Sacramento, and others.
    Your Expertise

  • Self-motivated with a passion for client experience and strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive, critical thinker with collaborative skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management.
  • Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 certifications required.
  • Available to work in UBS offices five days a week and travel as needed.
