Job Purpose:
The Order Entry Administrator will support sales and customer order processing.
Nature of Duties:

• Enter sales orders and document control data into our ERP system, Oracle 11i.
  
• Understand and process internal ICE orders, including cross-references.
  
• Understand and process EDI orders for third-party customers.
  
• Set up files and double-check the work of other entry administrators, process RMAs for CSR's.
  
• Assist in pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSR's.
  
• Adapt to changing priorities during daily activities.
  
  Education and Experience:
  

• 
  
• Minimum 2-4 years of order entry experience or related work.
  
• Document control experience is helpful.
  
• Computer skills: familiarity with Oracle is a plus; basic Excel skills are necessary; proficiency in 10-key by touch; experience with fax and printers.

  Salary Range:
  $54,080.00 - $58,000.00 annually. Actual base pay will be determined at the offer stage based on experience, education, certifications, and skills. The total compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays and time off, and may include stock awards and bonuses depending on the role.
