Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in fulfillment
operations, supply chain program management, sourcing/supplier
management, materials program management, operations program
management role, or leadership role. Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading operational and strategic programs with the
ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define approaches, and
proactively solve problems. Ability to build relationships, work
effectively cross-functionally, manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally. Ability to take
initiative with a team-oriented work style and focus on results.
Ability to grow in an environment of ambiguity and create order out
of it. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
communicate with multiple levels including engineering and
operations leadership teams, peers, managers and junior staff.
Ability to travel 10% of the time internationally, as needed. About

Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary
projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan
requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and

company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and
hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them
up to date on progress and deadlines. The Platform and Devices
Global Fulfillment team is looking for a dynamic Fulfillment
Operations Program Manager (PgM) to lead all aspects of fulfillment
operations readiness and scalability for hardware products. In this
role, you will be leading cost optimization within the retail and
Fulfillment organizations, leveraging your supply chain experience
to consult with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to
improve service, and lowering costs across multiple geographies.
You will design, implement, and oversee the supply chain strategy
that will guide business results for Google Hardware. The Platforms
and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software
platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as
well as our first party devices and services that combine the best
of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area
research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's
interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building
innovative experiences for our users around the world. The US base
salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Orchestrate
execution at all levels of global operations and retail leadership,
internally and externally. Help to establish requirements and
performance metrics, own execution, and make appropriate trade-offs
to ensure program deliverables are met. Ensure projects are well
organized and deliver on desired goals. Build consensus among
cross-functional teams and influence decision making within
executive-level audiences, lead execution against recommendations
quickly and with accuracy. Identify, measure and track key
logistics metrics to guide supply chain efficiency across the
global network, including solving day-to-day operational
problems/issues/escalations through working with other Googlers,
Contract Manufacturers (CMs), Third-Party Logistics (3PLs), etc.
Develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction to
streamline processes and tools that enable scalable solutions in
support of on-time product launches. Drive roadmap decisions and
recommendations for automation investments. Guide business
scalability and growth through capability development.
