We are seeking a Process Analyst to drive the commercial excellence agenda within Structural Heart division in partnership with Commercial Excellence team and Sales Force IT development team. This role will report to Global Business Process Manager, Commercial Excellence. This position will work from our Santa Clara, CA or Plymouth, Minnesota office. The Process Analyst will be responsible for managing, analyzing, streamlining process and project management of global commercial excellence efforts. This will consist of identifying opportunities to improve quality, reduce errors by helping with standardizing process and systems across globe and at same time customize to the geographical needs in Europe, Asia pacific, US and CALA, increase efficiency, optimize results and minimize time as well as design new business processes. This role assists in building sales force management tools to improve visibility efficiency, standardizing reports in power BI, business acumen and overall customer management are essential to success in this role. WHAT YOU'LL DO -- Analyze data to generate targeted insights, Support Commercial Excellence business process initiatives, Partner with global Commercial Excellence team to set KPIs for sales force dot com reports and track progress, Support Business Process Manager in developing guidelines and standard operating procedures for all business processes,-- Assist in developing power BI reports with relevant metrics and KPI's to be shared systematically across global teams, Coordinate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization by working to build consensus with business cases and data-driven insights, Gathering data, analyse and synthesizing information, communicating processes cross-functionally, Develop business cases, tactical and strategic plans, Assess current state, identify trends and providing status reports to management Drive cross functional initiatives using project management and lean principles EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING -- Required -- Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one yr experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 yrs related experience. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions. Preferred -- MBA or alternative advanced degree Deep knowledge of big data Excellent quantitative and analytics skills, Strong strategic planning, critical thinking Execution-oriented 2-3 years of data, systems and analytical experience. 2-3 years of experience in a matrixed/global team.
